Prices Still Up, Transactions Down, Inventory Down
We are still in the slow winter season, so nothing too surprising in last month's stats. Prices are still going up year over year, which is right along with the estimated 3 percent of appreciation economists have predicted for this year. I've heard anecdotal tales of multiple offers over the last couple of weeks, and have a feeling that's going to continue to be the story as we move into spring.
